January to April pre-book and submit orders. Our deadline is April 15. Specify ship date. Ship dates from factory are July 1,7,15,25 and a final ship date in the first week of August.
We combine 56 Pallets in a trailer and ship them to a staging warehouse in Laredo, TX. We engage a freight broker to quote and book the lowest priced US carrier to drop ship the order to the customer.
Once the order is picked up, we contact the customer with the estimated delivery date, carrier and tracking number. We then invoice for the order plus actual freight.
