Everything you need to know about how your wholesale order ships — from pallet programs to freight offsets and lead times.

Common Carrier Freight (LTL)

All pallet orders ship via common carrier Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. We coordinate with trusted regional and national carriers to ensure your seasonal décor arrives safely and on schedule. Once your order is confirmed, our team will work with you directly to arrange pickup or delivery logistics.

Freight Offset Program

Every pallet program includes a Freight Offset — a set of free bonus units bundled into your order specifically to help offset your landed freight cost. Typically 3–4 pieces per pallet, these units are included at no charge and are factored into the pallet pricing you see on each product page. The offset value is listed on each product's pallet breakdown.

Seasonal Lead Times

Our product line is organized around three selling seasons: Halloween, Harvest, and Holiday. Orders are fulfilled on a seasonal schedule, and allocations are limited. We strongly recommend contacting us early — ideally 3–6 months before your target sell date — to secure your pallet reservation and confirm availability.

Nationwide Delivery

We ship to retail partners across the continental United States. Transit times vary by region and carrier. Our team will provide estimated delivery windows at the time of order confirmation. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Pallet Dimensions

Standard pallet size for most programs is 40" × 48" × 54". Exact dimensions and weights vary by product. All pallets are shrink-wrapped and banded for freight. Please ensure your receiving location can accommodate standard LTL freight delivery.

Damage & Claims

Inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing the freight bill. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Contact us immediately with photos and documentation so we can assist with the freight claim process.
